The subject of this order is “Modernization of the runoff drainage system in the Murcki district”.
The scope of the order includes the reconstruction of the existing drainage system (in accordance with the implementation project of the reconstruction of the drainage system) and the construction of a new sanitary sewer network by excavation method (in the range of diameters DN160 mm — 500 mm, length 3,071.3 m) and excavation method — microtunneling (in the range of diameters DN400 mm — 500 mm, length 621 m). A detailed statement of the length of the sewer and the quantity of the well is annex No 10I to the SWZ, a statement of the length and quantities to be made.

Attention:
The attached design documentation represents the entirety of the task for which the construction permit has been issued and is already partially accomplished. The current scope is the implementation of the other parts of the project in the streets: Ćwiklińska, Samsonowicz, Goetla, Fałat and Mruczka-Baczynski in Katowice. The quantitative scope for performance is specified in the Subject of Works, annex No 10K to the SWZ.
The attached design documentation provides for the execution of the main channels of GRP material, while the designer also allowed the equivalent PVC-U material to be used, according to Annex No 10J to SWZ - Designer's position, in which the excavation free method is also specified for the construction of sewer systems as microtunneling.

4. Additional requirements for the subject of the contract:
1) The Contractor will incur the costs of obtaining all permits, use of the site during the works, administrative costs, maintenance of the cleanliness of the construction site and the adjacent site, including during the winter, etc. and incur the costs of adapting to the other requirements (additional requirements can be found in Annex 7 to SWZ).
2) All components and materials used by the Contractor must be authorised for use in the area of mining damage.
3) The Contractor in his own right and at his expense will update and agree on the design of the organization of the movement.
4) The Contractor shall, at the request of the Contracting Authority, submit a card for the transfer of waste for disposal, including debris and earth from the excavations, or present another document for their reuse or recycling.
The costs of the activities listed above shall be considered as measured by the Contractor, included in the offer price and not subject to separate payment.
5. The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the following performance of the contract:
(a) excavation works;
(b) installation works;
(c) recreation works;
(d) the operation of construction equipment.
The requirements for the employment of persons performing the abovementioned activities are set out in Annex 4 to SWZ, a model contract.
