The city of Hamm (client) is inviting tenders for the delivery and assembly of a CNC universal lathe, a CNC universal milling machine and a mobile robot operator for workpiece loading and unloading of the lathe and milling machine throughout Europe for the Eduard Spranger Vocational College.
The requirements for the service result from this service description and the service specification.
The entire scope of services shall only be delivered in the brand new condition.
The bidder shall supply and assemble a CNC universal lathe, a CNC universal milling machine and a mobile robot operator for workpiece loading and unloading of the lathe and milling machine. The maximum total weight of the machines specified in the bill of quantities must be complied with; as well as the specified dimensions.
The delivery and assembly of the machines as well as the transport of the furniture within the school building is carried out entirely by the contractor.
The client does not provide any personnel or aids for this purpose.
Technical data sheets of the machines offered must be submitted with the offer. Upon special request, the bidder will provide extensive, detailed brochure material on the machines/products offered.
The offer price must include the costs for theoretical and practical instruction of the operating personnel (lathe and milling machine 4 days à 8 hours, robots on 2 days á 8 hours) by specialist personnel of the bidder.
The city of Hamm expressly attaches great importance to environmentally friendly procurement, i.e. the products offered should have a low environmental impact and should not be harmful to health or the environment during production or use.
In the bill of quantities, a query is made as to whether the bidder has the corresponding certificates/proofs. If these are available, the type of certificate/proof must be indicated.
For the packaging of the goods, environmentally friendly materials that do not pollute the material recycling must be used (e.g. paper, cardboard). Foils and unnecessary outer packaging should be avoided.
