Advice on the identification and use as well as support of instruments of personnel development, at

- Accompaniment of team developments: conception, implementation and support of teams with
special challenges and topics
- Coaching of executives at all levels
- Leadership development
- Women in leadership
- new and young executives
- Managementkonferenz etc.
Accompaniment and support of the organizational preparation
Support in the transfer and evaluation of personnel development measures
Support of the measures in strategic, operational and substantive terms with strong
Personnel development-specific perspective
Facilitation of personnel development measures
Sparring of HR managers on strategic and technical issues against the background
Personnel development-specific expertise and, if necessary, expertise in the municipal environment
Advice on projects in the context of the further development of degewo with a focus on human resources, at
other things:
- Advice on optimisation and adaptations in the modern working world
- Advice (and sparring) on topics of modern leadership, new work and employee retention in times of many retirements linked to the topic of a shortage of skilled workers, etc.
Development of communication concepts and documentation (scripts, protocols, etc.)
