The subject of the contract to be awarded is the conception and implementation of the funding programme, as well as the administrative support and advice of the project applications of the KIPKI competition in blocks 2 ("Climate-friendly inner cities of the future") and 3 ("Development of social and sustainable places in the municipalities").

The contract is awarded by way of an open procedure.

The subject of the contract to be awarded is the conception and implementation of the funding programme, as well as the administrative support and advice of the project applications of the KIPKI competition in blocks 2 ("Climate-friendly inner cities of the future") and 3 ("Development of social and sustainable places in the municipalities"). From the current point of view, the following service modules are required for this. The modules are arranged chronologically according to their needs in the course of the competition procedure, but a chronological sequence of the service provision should expressly not be read from them. This means that some services must have already been provided before the project phase assigned to this service.
