Subscription services to a database of digital press articles for the Greater Paris South Agglomeration Community.
This consultation aims to conclude a single-award mixed-price framework agreement, with a fixed part granting annual access to the services and a purchase order part, for the execution of press aggregator service provisions offering unique access to a very large quantity of sources to:
• Provide online articles from daily, weekly, monthly, national, international, regional, and local press, and radio, TV media,
• Notify by monitoring and alerts the articles and radio, TV media of current affairs necessary for its information,
• Allow conducting searches, press overviews, monitoring or any other documentary product quickly,
• Give access to an archive database of press titles, to enable the distribution of selected articles in full text in digital form, and/or display the articles supplied on the documentary portal.
