- the management of a sustainable restaurant service with low environmental impact at the Irnerio canteen in Piazza Puntoni 1, Bologna, subject to execution - by the Manager and also using the budget made available by ER. GO – restyling of the premises and improvement of environmental comfort, as well as replacement and / or modernization of equipment and systems serving the kitchen;
- the management of a light catering service at the "Ex Stazione Veneta" restaurant in Via Zanolini 41, Bologna, after execution – by the Manager and using the budget made available by ER. GO and its additional resources – interventions to improve environmental comfort, which may include the replacement of furniture and equipment for the kitchen;
- the enhancement of the premises granted, in order to offer the possibility to the university community to use them for study activities, for the organization of conferences, training events and / or entertainment also in the evening, thus guaranteeing a prolonged opening even beyond the hours of the catering service.
Concession of university canteens "Vicolo Grossardi", Vicolo Grossardi 4, and "CAMPUS", Via Delle Scienze 57, in Parmathe concession concerns a sustainable catering service with low environmental impact at the two university canteens of Parma:
- canteen of Vicolo Grossardi, 4;
- CAMPUS canteen in Viale Delle Scienze 57/A, including the local sandwich bar
after execution by the Manager of the restyling interventions deemed necessary, through the use of the budget made available by ER. GO and its own additional resources, as well as the enhancement of the premises granted in favor of the university community even beyond the hours of the catering service, to meet the needs gradually expressed by the latter.
University canteen concession in Via Vignolese 671, Modenathe concession concerns the management of a sustainable catering service with low environmental impact at the university canteen in Via Vignolese 671, Modena, subject to execution – by the Manager and using the budget made available by ER. GO and its additional resources – replacement and / or modernization of equipment and systems serving the kitchen. The manager is also asked to enhance the premises granted, in order to offer the possibility to the university community to use them even beyond the hours of the catering service, to meet the needs gradually expressed by the latter.
