The service advertised here is a framework agreement for the provision of collateral and the construction supervision of the railway. The services are required in the course of maintenance measures, tests as well as demolition and new construction measures of civil engineering structures in the Essen city area. The scope of the services to be called depends in particular on the requirements of the DB. In addition to DB track systems, third party installations (e.g. RVR) may also be affected as part of the measures. Any requirements must also be taken into account here.

The services were divided in a lot:

— Lot 1: Railway construction supervision,

— Lot 2: Railway Securities.

scope

The quantities shown here in the specifications are estimates from the last 3 years, taking into account pending new building/renovation and demolition measures. The term of the tendited term (3 years) is assumed to be:

— 38 bridge tests with a blocking time requirement of 38 shifts,

— 2 new building/renovation/demolition measures with a blocking time requirement of 21 shifts.

If required, the required service quantities are commissioned by a direct single release. After placing an order (individual call), the provision of services must be commenced within 3 days, unless the project-specific requirements allow a later start of service (e.g. due to the blackout dates in accordance with beta).

The client reserves the right to commission parts of the services advertised here in justified cases. These can be, for example, support measures.

The framework contracting party (contractor) does not have a right to call for benefits and thus a claim for compensation.

An agreement on minimum or maximum quantities shall not be concluded.

running time

The contract period is 3 years. A one-time extension of 12 months is possible. This must be concluded up to 3 months before the end of the contract. Automatic renewal does not take place.

From the point of view of the AG, an extension of the contract can be considered in particular if a large number of planned measures are shifted from the 3-year term to the following year.
