The Public Education Foundation on the Amstel (OOadA) consists of 22 public primary schools in the municipality of Amsterdam, in the Zuid and Centrum districts. These schools work closely together and apply unambiguous quality standards and procedures.

The Zuidas Kindercampus is one of OOadA's Integrated Child Centers (IKC). An IKC is an All-in-one school and functions as one organization. The Kindercampus Zuidas offers childcare and education “in one”. Children from 0 to 13 years old are welcome here to learn, play, discover and relax.

The aim of this tender is to select an architect for the design of the new building of the Children's Campus Zuidas, with education for 530 students in 22 groups (2,830 2 bvo), a gymnasium (552 m 2 bvo).
