Nord-Fron Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of medical consumables including incontinence materials for Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron, and Ringebu Municipalities.

The framework agreements will mainly cover deliveries to the welfare and doctor services in the municipalities, but nurseries, schools, and other municipal entities will also be able to order products/make call-offs via the contract.

A framework agreement shall be signed with one (1) tenderer. The agreement is valid from the commencement date and for two (2) years. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further one year at a time, for up to two times.

The municipalities are not one legal unit and will enter into separate contracts.

The following will be covered by the framework agreement:

- Procurement of products.

- Courses and training.

- Logistics (transport of products).

- Customer service/customer contact.

The contract will cover products within the following product groups:

- Incontinence.

- Urology equipment.

- Nutrition.

- Infusion/cannulas/dosettes.

- Nursing/personal hygiene.

- Wound products.

- Infection control/hygiene.

- Testers/testing equipment.

- Other products.

Tenderers must have a product assortment that covers all of these product groups.

Tenderers must be the full-range supplier of the requested products.

Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the delivery.

The tenderer must maintain its professional competence and capacity throughout the entire contract period.

The estimated annual value for the framework agreement/procurement is approx. NOK 3 million in total for Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron, and Ringebu. The stated value is based on accounting figures. The amount is a guideline and shall not be binding for the municipalities nor give the tenderer any rights.
