1. The subject of the contract is the cleaning of ditches and ponds owned by the City of Poznań in 2024 and 2025.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submitting an offer for any number of parts.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including locations with an indication of the objects and deadlines for the completion of the contract, is specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1a to the contract for Part I and Appendix No. 1b for Part II of the contract.
4. A detailed description of the terms and conditions of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference.
Cleaning ditches and ponds of the City of Poznań in 2024 and 2025Part I: includes cleaning of ditches and ponds – six facilities located in three locations: Morasko, Kiekrz and Bielniki, in accordance with Appendix 3a to the agreement.
