Cleaning service at the Oulu service desk of the University Health Foundation.
The acquisition is the site of the cleaning service at YTHS's Oulu service. The cleaning service is acquired at the Oulu service desk every weekday (Mon-Fri) and is carried out on weekdays between 15:30 and 21.30. The supplier's cleaner/tidy is expected from an inpatient guardian/cleaning service school and/or work experience in cleaning facilities that provide health services. The contracting service point is a health service unit and the quality of cleaning should be of a high standard.
Cleaning follows the zone principle, which means that cleaning is carried out on a zone-by-zone basis so that each treatment room is its own zone, and on the other hand, other facilities form their own zone. Between the displacement of zones, cleaning equipment is disinfected, cleaning wipes are changed for clean ones, as well as care is taken to disinfect hands and change protective gloves. Each zone is cleaned according to the aseptic rules of procedure from clean to dirtier. For cleaning surfaces, neutral or weakly alkaline general cleaning agents are used. The supplier should note that cleaning is used
microfiber wipes, as they bind dirt and microbes to conventional cleaning wipes better. Cleaning is done as a clammy or damp wipe, in which case the surfaces do not need to be separately dried.
The exact definition of the various cleaning measures and their recurrence is defined by Annex one. In Annex one, the number of treatment rooms associated with zones is also indicated. During the contract period, there may be small changes to the need for cleaning measures.
The supplier cleans the premises with its own cleaning equipment and substances. The supplier notes that the materials used in cleaning should be environmentally friendly. The supplier also supplies the necessary garbage bags and garbage bags. The supplier takes care of washing and servicing their own cleaning equipment. There is no washing machine in use by the supplier, and no dryer. The supplier may choose to obtain their own machines and install them at a private price. The supplier takes into account the number of cleaning equipment needed in its offer, such as cleaning cloths, taking into account the zone principle and the time for washing and drying of cleaning cloths.
A part-time tidy is employed at the Oulu service desk at YTHS, who is responsible for certain cleaning sites and always works on Thursdays and Fridays. Because YTHS' own tidy works part-time and when he has temporary absences, the Supplier undertakes in his offer to handle YTHS' own tidy cleaning items.
Annex one defines cleaning measures as follows:

Quality tracking:
The total service includes meetings as needed in relation to cleaning quality and cooperation. The supplier cannot charge for meetings separately.
The tender documents do not include quantity or minimum purchase obligations for YTHS.
