The objective of this consultation is to define a set of intellectual services constituting a mission to assist the project owner in the context of the renewal of waste collection and cleaning contracts for the metropolitan territories of La Seyne-sur-Mer, Saint Mandrier-sur-Mer and Ollioules

The mission will focus on five interrelated components, consisting of 5 distinct phases:

- Phase 1: Inventory of the existing operation and sharing of diagnosis

- Phase 2: Proposal for organization and editing scenarios

- phase 3: Drafting of the Business Consultation File(s) (D.C.E) "Collection of household and similar waste and cleaning in the metropolitan territories of La Seyne-Sur-Mer, Saint-Mandrier-Sur-Mer and Ollioules"

- Phase 4: Support for the Métropole T.P.M during the competitive bidding procedure until the award of the contract(s)

- phase 5: Support for the Métropole T.P.M during the preparation period(s)
