The subject of the contract is the provision of ad hoc services consisting in driving bus vehicles Szczczeciński Autobusowy Enterprise “Dąbie” Sp. z o.o. between 01.07.2022 and 31.12.2022 as part of the performance of services in the field of public road transport in the area Municipalities City of Szczecin and municipalities with which inter-municipal agreements were concluded and additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks.

1. Objects of the order:

(a) is the provision by the Contractor (through its employees and cooperating persons) to the Ordering Authority of emergency hoc services consisting in driving bus vehicles of the Ordering Party, as part of the performance of services in the field of public road transport in the Municipality of Szczecin and neighbouring municipalities and additional activities resulting from the implementation of these tasks during the period from 01.07.2022 to 31.12.2022.

(b) the provision of additional activities resulting from the implementation of the services carried out at the premises of the Contracting Authority's depot and consisting, inter alia, carrying out vehicles by OC positions, washes, refueling of vehicles with diesel fuel and specialized operating fluids, introduction and outputting buses to repair channels.

(c) the envisaged territorial scope of services provided by the Ordering Party — Municipality City of Szczecin and the Municipalities with which inter-municipal agreements have been concluded,

(d) the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of the driving services of the contracting authority shall be carried out in the framework of the transport tasks or additional activities specified by the Contracting Authority, within certain dates and dimensions resulting from the received graphic designers and confirmed in the content of each demand.

4.3. Subject range of order:

(a) The Contractor will be obliged to carry out transport on public transport lines operated by the Ordering Party:

- hurried — B, C with the possibility of running suspended lines A, G and H

- ordinary — 54, 56, 61, 62, 64, 65, 66, 67, 71, 72, 73, 77, 79, 84, 91, 93, 94, 96, 97, 87 (1 course on Saturdays)

- night - 533, 534,

- substitute lines for the tram — depending on the demand of the Organizer of collective communication or other lines operated by the Ordering Party on the basis of the order (by the Organizer of Municipality City of Szczecin);

(b) The Contractor shall be obliged to perform other transport than those mentioned above under the requisition submitted by the Contracting Authority or other additional activities in the territory of the Contracting Authority's depot, and indicated in the requisition issued by the Contracting Authority, e.g. carrying out vehicles through OC positions, car wash, refueling vehicles, entering and moving vehicles into repair channels;

c) the acceptance and sentence of the Ordering Bus will be made according to individual arrangements: in the territory of the Ordering Depot in Szczecin at Struga 10 Street or at the bus stops set in the schedule (intermediate or final), according to the schedule for the given day of exercise driver services.

(d) drivers of the Contractors shall be obliged to apply the organizational and cleaning procedures in force with the Contracting Authority, as defined in the proposed provisions of the contract annex 2 to the SWZ;

2. The estimated average number of hours of delivery of services related to the execution of the order on a scale of one month will be up to 7,600 hours/month (for a period of 6 months up to 45,600 hours).

3. The Contractor may be used by third parties (subcontractors) in the execution of the contract, whereby he is responsible for their actions and omissions as his own.
