Orkdal Municipality annually procures consultancy services within roads, water, sewage, and the environment in varying scope. The majority of these occur through announcements based on specific major projects. For the remaining assignments/tasks, it will be expedient to enter into parallel framework agreements based on competence/experience, hourly rate, and implementation ability.

The contract will apply to assignments within roads, water, sewage, and the environment.

Consultancy services within water, sewage, and the environment will go together as one part and it is not possible to submit tenders for parts of this assignment. The disciplines are connected to each other and a project will include several of the sub-disciplines. The municipality therefore deems it to be advantageous to keep them together.
