the holder will be in charge of guarding the site of the Centre National des Arts Plastiques (Cnap), located at 79/81 rue Cartier Bresson 93500 PANTIN, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day during the construction period. The main services that constitute the subject of the contract are detailed below: Surveillance / guarding; Vigilance during site visits; Complete control of the site enclosure at least twice a day; Site access control (Access Control Controllers - not planned); Opening/closing of the site for the duration of the project; Keeping a handrail register and sending reports to the contracting authority in the event of incidents; Preservation in good condition of the material means put in place by the holder; In the event of an incident the guard must notify the oppic and the opc and record the incident, and if necessary notify the competent law enforcement agencies.

the holder will be in charge of guarding the "CNAP" site, located at 79/81 rue Cartier Bresson 93500 PANTIN, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for the duration of the project. The main services that constitute the subject of the contract, are detailed below: - surveillance / guarding; - vigilance during site visits; - full control of the site enclosure at least twice a day; - access control of the site throughout the duration of the work; - opening/closing of the site for the duration of the work; - keeping a handrail register and transmitting reports to the Contracting Authority in the event of incidents; - preservation in good condition of the material means placed at its disposal; In the event of an incident the guard must notify the oppic and record the incident, and if necessary notify the competent law enforcement agencies. The mission will be carried out for a maximum period of 27 months.
In imposed variant:
Installation of gantry control or card readers for access control of people.
In this case the installation and the necessary power supplies will be carried out by the holder within the framework of the contract (to be detailed in the technical installations part of the tender, if applicable).
