Please refer, incidentally, to the tender material. The tender letter provides a detailed description of the task and the procurement process, and the other material describes the scope of the task.
The main contract offered includes the renovation of the facades and windows of the old Anatomical Institute, now the Department of Computer Science, which was designed by the architect Kaj Gottlob and built in 1939-1940.
The building is not listed, but declared worthy of preservation in category 2, therefore emphasis has been placed on the architectural and building quality expression in connection with the tendered works.
Building 771 with building wings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 is located at Nørre Campus, Universitetsparken 1-3. Plot no. 2579 Out-of-town Klædebo Kvarter.
For a number of years, problems have been found with the facades of buildings 1, 2 and 3. In many places, façade bricks have fallen down due to the carbonation of the underlying ferrous concrete wall, so that the reinforcement is not protected against corrosion. The rebar corrodes and expands, squeezing out the façade bricks.
The works are carried out in 3 stages.
The main entry price includes the following overall subdued saw for the building complex.
Buildings 1, 2 and 3:
- Dismantling of existing façade bricks, with recycling in mind
- Refurbishment of a reinforced concrete wall, post-insulation and restoration of façade stone (new/existing Faxe Limestone New stones are the client's delivery)
- Post-insulation and the establishment of drains at the basement walls, as well as the establishment of paving along the façade of the building;
- Post-insulation of roof surfaces on buildings 1 and 3
- Replacing windows and doors
- Renovation of roof houses on buildings 1 and 3
- Establishment of interior elevator in building 1
Buildings 4,5 and 6 (incl. transformer building)
- Aftermath and repair of masonry and trellises
- Finishing and repair of windows and doors incl. establishment of attachment frames/optoglass etc.
- Excavation and repair of plinth as well as establishment of drainage and paving along the façade of the building
- Renovation of roof base on buildings 4 and 5.
- Replacement of asbestos-containing etherite roof on building 4
- Renovation of concrete columns and overhangs on building 5
