Service related to the administration of real estate owned by the Municipality of Białystok being in the management of the Municipal Property Board in Białystok divided into four tasks:
Task No. 1: Service related to the administration of real estate owned by the Municipality of Białystok being in the management of ZMK in Białystok - residential, commercial and outgoing buildings.
Task No. 2: Service related to the administration of real estate owned by the Municipality of Białystok being in the management of zmK in Białystok - residential, commercial and outgoing buildings.
Task No. 3: Service related to the administration of real estate owned by the Municipality of Białystok being in the management of zmk in Białystok - buildings of health clinics.
Task no 4: Service related to the maintenance and maintenance of cleanliness at the Białostocki Centre of Eastern Sztuk Walki at Węglowa Street in Białymstok.
