1. The object of the order is the delivery of IT equipment for the Youth Sociotherapy Centre in Walbrzych. The subject of the contract describes the draft contract as Annex 9 to the SWZ and the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (SOPZ), which is annex 7 to this SWZ.

2. Information on the measures of evidence in question confirming the fulfilment by the offered delivery of the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority: in order to confirm that the deliveries conform to the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority, shall request that the Contractor, together with the tender, present detailed specification of the equipment offered. The specification should arise, without any doubt, that the proposed assortment is of the same or better technical, qualitative, functional and useful parameters for the assortment determined by the Contracting Authority, the template of the statement Annex 8 to SWZ.
