Statped hereby invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for the "Procurement of subtitling services".

The subtitling service mainly involves subtitles in Norwegian Bokmål and Nynorsk from various Norwegian dialects and Scandinavian languages. Rarely, the Contracting Authority may have English speakers for whom the delivery of subtitles in English or translation into Norwegian may be applicable. In rare cases, it may also be applicable to deliver subtitles in English from Norwegian speakers.

The subtitling service includes subtitling of videos to/from Sámi languages. The assignment includes subtitling in Norwegian from one or more Sami languages, including Northern Sámi, Lule Sámi and Southern Sámi. In addition, the Contracting Authority would like subtitling to Norwegian from one or more Sámi languages in addition to those mentioned above.
