It will be the duty of the selected Contractor to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the appropriate Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of seller. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ). The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is PLN 17,608,617.00. Performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Proposed provisions of the contract (Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor, make declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and providing distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services. The Ordering Party informs that the process of changing the seller takes place for most of the collection points once again. For collection points with another change of the seller, the contracts are valid until 31.12.2022. there is no need to terminate these contracts, in the case of points with the first change of the seller, comprehensive contracts concluded for a definite or indefinite period apply, information on termination periods is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. All points that go through the procedure of changing the seller once again have separate contracts for the sale and distribution of electricity.
