In the coming years, the WG is planning about 15-20 construction projects in rental housing construction, for innovative forms of living (shared housing, cluster apartments, etc.) and in the development of so-called complex neighborhoods. The latter especially in the inner city area. The framework agreement is commissioned by each AG individually. Entitled to claim from this contract, in addition to the named clients, all companies affiliated with the clients named under 1. to 7. i. P. D. §§ 15 ff. AktG. The individual orders are awarded in accordance with § 21 para. 4 no. 2 VgV. Thus, an individual contract may be awarded either directly to one of the framework contractors or through renewed competition among the framework contractors.

Project Management (according to AHO Issue Nos. 9 and 19):

- basic and special services of project level 1: project preparation,

- basic and special services of project level 2: planning,

- basic and special services of project level 3: execution preparation,

- basic and special services of project level 4: execution,

- basic and special services of project level 5: project completion,

- project development in the narrow sense for new and existing buildings,

- project management of urban services,

- multiproject management,

- User project management.

Services for building site clearing / dismantling (according to AHO No. 18):

- consulting for object development and demand planning,

- basic and special services of performance level 1: basic assessment and preliminary planning,

- basic and special services of performance level 2: design and approval planning,

- basic services of performance level 3: execution preparation,

- Basic and special services of level 4: monitoring and documentation.

Construction logistics services (according to AHO No. 25):

- Basic and special services over all phases of work.
