Extension, conversion and energetic refurbishment of a KITA in Oschersleben (Bode), district Hordorf.

The city of Oschersleben intends to award planning services for the extension, conversion and energy renovation of KITA "Bodestrolche". Subject of the planning task described here are the services in phases 4 to 9 of the planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI for the equipment groups 1-3 and the building physics according to performance HOAI Appendix 1, 1.2.2 in the performance phases 4 to 7. The performance phases 1 to 3 of the technical equipment planning according to § 55 HOAI as well as Annex 1 performance picture building physics work phases 1 to 3 have already been provided and are not part of the construction project advertised here.

For the measure is a ZBau document including grant decision. This document forms the basis for further planning and is part of the tender documents. The measure is supported by the STARK III-EAFRD directive.
