The purpose of the contract is to support the DPO of the Ministry of Culture in carrying out missions related to the GDPR.

The various tasks entrusted to the incumbent may include the following:

— support for questions from ministry departments on new and modified salaries;

— handling specific issues raised by data processing;

— monitoring of data processing: keeping the register, advice, analysis, production of deliverables for compliance;

— AIPD of identified data processing with drafting of opinions and recommendations;

— production of specific documentation around the GDPR to support the ministry's GDPR policy (information, awareness raising, self-training and legal and technical monitoring);

— assistance in the facilitation of meetings of the network of correspondents alongside the DPO (approximately 50 people);

— diagnoses and recommendations to some EP of the Ministry of Culture.
