Description:
Birch grove and meadow at Solidarity Roundabout

3.1 The subject of these proceedings is the delivery, transport, preparation of soil, planting and stabilization of the "Doorenbos" useful birch, sowing a flower meadow, and preparation of the area and planting of grass.

3.2 Transport is carried out by the Contractor on his own, without the participation of the City Green Board, must be done in a way that does not cause damage to trees and grasses.

3.3.1 Delivery, transport, soil preparation, planting and stabilization of 25 "Doorenbos" useful birch.

3.3.2 Delivery, transport and sowing on an area of 2,000 m 2 flower meadow. Mixture consisting of native annual and biennial plants for urban areas with normal or dry soils.

3.3.3 Delivery, transport and planting on an area of 35 m 2 ornamental grasses - Short-haired reed, 280 pcs in containers min. C2 and minimum height 20 cm with a correctly grown root ball.

3.3.4 The contractor is required to present all plant material before planting for acceptance by the Employer. In the absence of acceptance, the Contractor shall replace the defective material and re-present it to the Employer.

3.3.5 When working near existing trees and shrubs, particular care should be taken to protect plant trunks and root systems in accordance with good gardening practice. Work in the root zone is done manually so as not to damage the plant root systems.

3.4 The Contractor is required to submit all plant material before planting for acceptance by the Employer. In the absence of acceptance, the Contractor shall replace the defective material and re-present it to the Employer.

3.5 When working near existing trees and shrubs, particular care should be taken to protect plant trunks and root systems in accordance with good gardening practice. Work in the root zone is done manually so as not to damage the plant root systems. The contracting authority has defined quality standards relating to all significant features of the service, indicating the conditions that the plant material must meet, as well as unacceptable defects. In addition, quality standards for the performance of a given service are attached as Annex 2b to the ToR.

3.6 The Ordering Party included in the subject of the order the life cycle costs of the subject of the contract related to its manufacture, transport, use and storage as well as utilization in accordance with applicable legal regulations, i.e. obliging Contractors to include these costs in the price of the offer (purchase and transport costs, points 3.1-3.2 of the ToR) ), and the contractor's obligation to include in the offer price (purchase cost) the costs of utilizing the waste generated.

3.7 The Awarding Entity requires that all activities consisting in the actual performance of the works that make up the subject of the contract, i.e. the planting of trees and grasses, provided that they are not (will be) carried out by a given person as part of their business activities, should be performed by employed persons by the Contractor or subcontractor based on an employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code.

3.8 The Contractor should provide the Employer with a list of employees assigned to perform the contract with the assignment of performed activities / functions employed under an employment contract no later than on the date of the transfer of work - in the scope of work referred to in point 3.7. Ww. the list should be updated on a regular basis, i.e. in the event of any personnel changes.
