Fredrikstad municipality wishes to enter into an agreement with a tenderer who shall participate in the development of various GPS and vehicle systems. The tenderer shall provide various functional system related to the positioning of vehicles. Examples of functional systems are travel logs, vehicle administration, various fleet administration systems and inhabitant services, etc.
