Purpose of the tender

The purpose of the European tender is to reach a framework agreement with one supplier that will provide domestic and foreign one-day and multi-day coach trips for multiple schools in Zeeland. The framework agreement is concluded for two years with four times the possibility of extending one year, up to six years. Part of the assignment is the possibility to use additional services such as arranging overnight stays and/or admission tickets through the Tenderer (s).

The (window) agreement will be awarded to the supplier with the Economical Most Favourable Registration (EMVI).
