The contract, whose execution procedures are described in the Special Tender Specifications, has as its object the provision of the support service for protocol and archiving activities and other derivative and ancillary services for the Archive and Protocol Unit of the Veneto Regional Council (hereinafter referred to as "Council"), structured as follows:

- support service to the Archive and Protocol Unit for the activities of protocol and archiving of the documentation of the structures of the Regional Council of Veneto (hereinafter referred to simply as Protocol Support Service) - CPV 72252000-6,

- support service to the Archive and Protocol Unit for the mail management activities of the Post Center and derivative and ancillary services (hereinafter referred to simply as the Mail Center Management Service - CPV 72512000-7.
