This European tender focuses exclusively on mobile and fixed telephony. In this tender, mobile subscriptions for calls and data are requested, as well as connection of the unified communications infrastructure to the supplier's fixed network. The tenderer must support the offered solution at least within the intended contract duration and connect it to the CJG Rijnmond domain (tel + KCC).

With this tender, CJG Rijnmond aims to achieve the following objectives:

1. Integrating smartphones with the fixed telephony environment (fixed-mobile integration), so that Single Number Reach can be realized for employees.

2. Use public infrastructure for the specified contract duration specified:

a. Incoming telephone traffic on the indicated numbers and number blocks.

b. Outgoing telephone traffic for every user within the CJG domain (both fixed and mobile).

c. Connection with the current Xelion telephony environment based on SIP trunks.

d. Connection to the new intended environment Skype for Business mid-2019.

e. SIM cards for all mobile users of CJG Rijnmond.
