The subject of the contract is server and network infrastructure and office computers together with software for the purpose of the project “Implementation of E-Services Provided by the Society of Social Construction Wrocław Sp. z o.o.

Part No 1 — includes the delivery of 35 computer sets in accordance with the specification set out in Annex No 2.1.Detailed description and manner of execution of the subject of the order for parts and no 1 - includes Annex No 2.1 to SWZ i.e.OPZ for Part 1

3. The Ordering Party informs that Annex No 2 The description of the subject matter of the contract has been divided into two parts. Detailed description and manner of execution of the subject of the contract for Part No 1, is included in Annex No 2.1 to SWZ. Detailed description and manner of completion of the subject of the contract for Part No 2 — includes Annex No 2.2.to 2.14 to SWZ, i.e. OPZ for Part 2

4. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility to present equivalent equipment on offer provided that the equipment or software offered is of the same or better technical, qualitative, functional and utility parameters. Where equivalent equipment is offered in the offer, the Contractor shall submit with the offer the means of evidence in question to any equivalent equipment or software offered, of which, in no doubt, the Contracting Authority should arise that the equipment offered or software shall be of the same or better technical, qualitative, functional and utility parameters for hardware or software specified by the Ordering Party in Annexes No 2.1 to 2.15 to SWZ.

5. The indication of the equivalence of the offered object of the contract rests with the Contractor. If used to describe the subject of the order designations or parameters indicating a specific manufacturer, the specific product or

trademarks, patents or origin indicated, the Ordering Party shall allow the use of equivalent products

for devices listed in Annexes No 2.1. to 2.15 to SWZ, by which products with parameters not inferior to those shown in the description of the subject of the contract must be understood, compatible (cooperating) with the contracting Authority's network-system hardware infrastructure in the same as far as the products specified in the description of the subject of the order

2) Part No 2 - includes the delivery of equipment with the implementation of the software (installation) under the order is provided for:

a. supply of emergency power supplies type 1 and 2 — 3 pieces described in Annex No 2.2. to SWZ,

b. delivery of UTM equipment — type 1 — 1 set, type 2 — 1 piece described in Annex No 2.3. to the SWZ,

c. supply of type 1 and 2 servers — a total of 3 pieces described in Annex No 2.4. to the SWZ,

d. supply of disk matrix — 1 piece described in Annex No 2.5. to the SWZ,

e. delivery of LAN switches — 4 pieces described in Annex 2.6. to SWZ,

f. delivery of access points — 12 pieces described in Annex No 2.7. to the SWZ,

g. delivery of rack cabinets — 2 pieces described in Annex No 2.8. to SWZ,

h. delivery of network accessories — 1 set described in Annex 2.9. to SWZ,

i. delivery of software in the form of an operating system — 1 set described in Annex 2.10. to SWZ,

j. supply of backup software — 1 set described in Annex 2.11. to SWZ,

k. supply of server virtualization software— 1 set described in Annex 2.12. to SWZ,

l. delivery of software for group work - 1 set described in Annex No 2.13. to SWZ,

- implementation of the aforementioned equipment and software in accordance with the requirements of Annex No 2.15 together with training of employees, the scope of which is defined by Annex No 2.14 to the SWZ
