1. The subject of the order is to manually remove raids of trees and shrubs from an area of 11.39 hectares with biomass elevation beyond the area of peat bog in Natura 2000 Orle PLH220019.

2. Conservation action was planned for natural habitat 7230 mountain and lowland alkaline bogs with the nature of hammer, sedge and mechowisk located on the register plot of no 473/2 within Góra, Wejherowo Municipality.

3. The location of the active protection activities is shown in Annex No 1.1.

4. The subject of the contract must be executed in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish and EU law, in particular: with the Act of 16 April 2004 on the protection of nature (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1098). In case of amendment of the abovementioned legal act during the implementation of the contract, the Contractor will take into account these changes during the
