The subject of the contract, in accordance with the scope specified in Part II of the SWZ, are service and maintenance services of internal and external architectural elements carried out in the property located in Konstancin – Jeziorna at Warszawska 165 in the years 2024-2026.

1). The subject of the contract, in accordance with the scope specified in Part II of the SWZ, are service and maintenance services of internal and external architectural elements carried out in the property located in Konstancin – Jeziorna at Warszawska 165 street in the years 2024-2026.

2). Pursuant to the provisions of Article 438 of the Act in conjunction with Article 95(1) of the Act, the requirements for the obligation to employ employees are set out in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ.

3). A detailed definition of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ.

4). Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those referred to. Pursuant to Article 101(5) of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to prove in the tender that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.

5) The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate, in the tender, the part of the contract which it intends to entrust to Subcontractors and the Contractor to specify the Subcontractors' companies, if they are already known.

6). The Contracting Authority shall establish requirements for maintaining the confidential nature of information provided to Contractors in the course of the procedure. Part II SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract is confidential.

7) In order to protect the confidential nature of the Confidential Information made available in the course of these proceedings, the Contracting Authority reserves that the password to decrypt the Confidential Information referred to above will be provided to the Contractor after submitting statements with the content indicated in templates No. 11.1 and No. 11.2 of Part III of the SWZ. The statement should be submitted via the Procurement Platform, the "Questions/Information" tab. After receiving and verifying them, the password for decrypting the documents will be forwarded to the e-mail address indicated in the information about the password to decrypt the documents. The Contractor shall submit a confidentiality statement with a qualified electronic signature.

8). The Contracting Authority informs that letters with answers to questions (if they are submitted during the proceedings) will also be published in encrypted form – the above-mentioned password will have to be used to decrypt it (this password will be used during the entire proceedings).
