Electrical and telecommunication installations.

A complete new electrical system TN-S 400 volts shall be installed in the building. The system consists of a new main distribution in the technical extension with a transformer and back-up power installations.

The building is heated with water borne heat with radiators and floor heating in the basement. Bathrooms in residents' rooms will have electric heating cables.

Furthermore the following low voltage installations shall be installed:

Automatic fire alarm, computer spread network, cable TV network, access control, hospital signalling intallations, loudspeaker installations, door telephone.

Furthermore lift installations, automatic installations and back-up power installations will be separate contracts.
