Description:
Delivery of reagents for research for the needs of ZIPR IRZiBŻ PAN in Olsztyn

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of reagents for research at the ZIPR plant of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the offer form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority allowed the submission of partial offers (2 lots) in the procedure. Each Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of reagents for research at the ZIPR plant of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the offer form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority allowed the submission of partial offers (2 lots) in the procedure. Each Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.

2. The offered reagents must meet the requirements specified in the price form – Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference. The offered reagents must be approved for marketing in the Republic of Poland or the EU.

3. The contracting authority has established an option in accordance with Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The contractor will also include an option in the price of the offer. During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority may use the option, but undertakes to perform the basic order in 50% of the value of specialist laboratory reagents indicated in the Contractor's offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject of the order specified in the offer form as well as to limit the subject of the contract. The right of option will be exercised on the terms set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. The condition for exercising the option right will be the submission by the Ordering Party of a declaration of will on the exercise of the option right.

4. The Contractor shall deliver the products together with the attached safety data sheets and/or quality specification containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming the compliance of the delivered products with the RBS.

5. The warranty period for the products may not be shorter than 75% of the standard period offered by the manufacturer, counting from the date of its delivery. The procedure for checking and confirming the compliance of the delivered order and the method of submitting complaints in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 3 – the draft provisions of the agreement.

6. The Agreement with the Contractor shall be concluded for a period of 6 months. Partial delivery date: up to 30 days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party.

7.The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor submit together with the offer safety data sheets of the offered materials and/or quality specification containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming that the offered products meet all the requirements of the Contracting entity indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.

The executor shall file documents in the original or a copy certified for conformity with the original in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. If the original of the document referred to above has not been produced in the form of an electronic document, the contractor may draw up and provide an electronic copy of the document in question. When the contractor transfers an electronic copy of the document, a qualified electronic signature shall be equivalent to certifying an electronic copy of the document for conformity with the original.

Documents drawn up in a foreign language should be submitted together with translation into Polish.

If the Contractor fails to submit the above-mentioned evidence or they are incomplete, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 107(2) of the PPL, shall call on the Contractor within the specified period to submit or supplement them
