Lot 123: Carpentry - Interior doors

The construction project involves the conversion of an existing former school building, which will be extended in the north by a large head building and in the south by a smaller extension.

All parts of the building will have 4 storeys and no basement.

The existing building is about 52 x 10.5m in size, the northern extension has a floor area of about 425 m2, the southern extension of about 150 m2.

Trade 123 includes all interior doors made of wood or wood-based materials in the existing building and both new buildings, including frames, glass side panels if necessary, fittings and milling for room signage and butt plates.

There are approx. 105 interior doors with different requirements such as damp-proof doors or different sound insulation classes.

New building south+existing building:

Installation 49th week 2023 to 31.KW 2024;

New building north Installation: 13th week 2024 to 48.KW 2024
