The city of Ochsenfurt is planning the general refurbishment and extension of the kindergarten Maria-Theresia in Ochsenfurt.

The room program comprises 6 groups, including 2 toddler nativity sets and 4 kindergarten rule groups. In addition there is a multi-purpose room and all necessary ancillary and technical rooms.

The playing areas of the outdoor area should be kept as long as possible.

The construction project is funded according to FAG / FAZR.

The total costs (KG 200-700 according to DIN 276 without KG 600 furniture) are estimated on the basis of cost guidelines with approx. EUR 2.6 million gross

Schedule preview:

- Start immediately after completing VgV,

- planning phase 2020,

In its ruling of 4.7.2019, the European Court of Justice finally decided in the infringement proceedings against HOAI that the minimum and maximum rates laid down in the HOAI are in breach of European law.

Insofar as reference is made below to the HOAI in the VgV, this statement states that the fee tables should serve as a price orientation. Offers are also legally permissible, which are outside the previous minimum and maximum rate regulations.

Special services:

- Implementation of 2 workshops for planning and voting with the involvement of the city council and the kindergarten, each half-day 1x in LPH 1 and 1x in LPH 2 (level 1)

- Creating a free space concept in LPH 1 + 2 (Level 1),

- Contributing to the promotion process (level 1 + 2) and proof of use (level 3 + 4),

- Fire proof up to the building permit (level 1 + 2).

The commissioning of the basic and special services of the further stages is intended in accordance with the provision of the funding and financial resources.
