The municipal primary school is located in 50321 Brühl in the district of Pingsdorf at Hüllenweg 5. The existing building (built in 1904) is currently used as a 1.5-class primary school with all-day offerings. For this purpose, an additional container pavilion was erected on the site. However, the school can no longer meet the increased demand and is now to be expanded into a 4-class primary school with all-day use. The existing building has a gross floor area of approx. 1,300 m², the planned new building has a gross floor area of approx. 1,450 m².

A total budget of EUR 7.5 million (gross) is available for the construction project.

The award of the contract for the planning services for property planning in buildings in accordance with HOAI 2021 includes service phases 5-9, as well as separate remuneration for familiarization with the

existing planning documents, participation in specialist planning rounds before LP 5, the assessment of materials with regard to sustainability and resource conservation,

Preparation of a cost calculation after completion of the technical planning coordination as well as the tendering and monitoring of the necessary demolition measures (extension

and school containers).
