Nord-Fron kommune (Nord-Fron Municipality) is the contracting authority and hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for a framework agreement concerning scheduled bus transport and tour bus driving to the municipalities of Nord-Fron and Sør-Fron.

The municipalities are not one legal unit and will enter into separate agreements. I.E. Nord-Fron and Sør-Fron will enter into their respective contracts when suppliers are chosen.

The municipalities of Nord-Fron and Sør-Fron shall enter into framework agreement to cover the municipalities' need for transport services, specifically bus transport.

School transport of students to and from the schools is not part of this procurement.

The agreement applies to all enterprises in the municipality and shall cover both fixed driving and coach driving. The main component will be coach driving.

The contract primarily concerns assignments such as:

— scheduled driving for swimming training,

— bus transport in connection with training,

— school trips and excursions,

— tours for the nursery schools,

— other transport requirements.

Some driving must be able to be covered by minibus with a capacity up to 16 passengers.

Scheduled driving, as driving to the swimming lessons, follows in principle the normal school route, i.e. that there is no

Teaching during the school holidays and holy dags, and consequently no driving.
