Cleaning service for offices, offices, services (changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, etc.), removals and reorganization of spaces including small building maintenance, vehicle washing including management, operation and ordinary maintenance of the automatic vehicle washing system and purification and washing water recovery plant
The services that are the subject of this contract are briefly the following:
— principal service also in economic terms pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: cleaning fee services of Zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and fee-based services for washing vehicles and their storage, all as per Special Tender Specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference is made ob relationem.
— secondary service within the meaning of Art. 48, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016: management, operation and ordinary maintenance of the washing system at a fee, ordinary maintenance (out of duty), extraordinary and construction additions (to be agreed always with the Customer) not included in the operating fee and ordinary maintenance not included in the fee of the washing system, cleaning service of bins and bins, at the request of the Customer, manual washing with suitable products also for sanitization, of bins and bins from the MSW service that must be relocated in the area served by MMS or be subjected to repairs, reorganization of spaces, with the removal of furniture, accessories, documentation and what is necessary, including small building maintenance of the spaces subject to reorganization (on request and to be agreed with the Customer), all as per the Special Tender Specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference is made ob relationem.
The parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators gathered or consortium must be specified.
The contract will have a duration of 2 (two) years, with the option of renewal under the same economic-contractual conditions, as the client's faculty, for a further 2 (two) years renewable from year to year.

The presumed amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum amount estimated on the basis of the tender for the contractual period of 2 years, is established equal to Euro 902,400.00 (nine hundred and two thousand four hundred / 00) of which Euro 22,000.00 (twenty-two thousand / 00) for security charges not subject to reduction, plus VAT.
Of this starting amount at auction, the amount of Euro 647,600.00 relates to the main service (cleaning fee services for Zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, and fee-based services for washing vehicles and their storage), and the amount of Euro 254,800.00 relating to the secondary service (management, operation and ordinary maintenance of the washing system, ordinary maintenance (out of excess), extraordinary and construction additions not included in the operating fee and ordinary maintenance not included in the fee of the washing system, cleaning service of bins and bins, reorganization of spaces, etc.).
Amount net of security charges: Euro 880,400.00 (eight hundred eighty thousand four hundred/00).
