1. The subject of the contract is the supply of original (factory-assembled) components and spare parts, hereinafter also referred to collectively as "parts" or "assortment", for Mercedes Benz Sprinter 316 CDI motor vehicles for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 partial tasks. 3. The exact description of the subject of the contract, name, parameters and quantities are given in the "Price forms" for Partial Tasks No. 1 - No. 4, which constitute Annexes No. 2/1 - 2/4 to the SWZ.
