Call for tender 100/2021: open procedure, pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, letter sss) of articles 60 and 122 of Legislative Decree 50/16, for the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 falling within the sectors special for the assignment of the service of fire surveillance and emergency management in the stops, stations and trains of the metro lines of Rome line A and line B, to be experienced with the e- system Procurement — IGC: 87621118882.

The total value of the invitation to tender shall be EUR 30 949 946,53, divided as follows:

— EUR 29 752 649,25 four-year amount of the Framework Agreement for Professional Services for Fire Surveillance and Emergency Management at the Stations and Stations of the Lines Subways A and B, subject to downside,

— EUR 7 191,28 security charges not subject to downside,

— EUR 1 190 106,00 sums available to the contracting station not subject to a decline in tendering. This amount will be excluded from the contract as sums available for expenses even not provided for by the contract itself, in any case relating to the services in question. Pursuant to paragraph 16 of art. 23 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the estimate of labor costs on the framework agreement is 24 189 145.73 EUR.
