The technical controlling services advertised here relate to the 3rd BA and include technical controlling during the planning phase and construction for the BIM project Bielefeld University, University Main Building, 3rd construction phase, consisting of a partial demolition and turnkey new construction of the building teeth you and V, as well as the renovation and modernization of the existing building including outdoor facilities and equipment including planning (SEP) as well as the Concept planning and preparation of the functional service description for the SEP procedure" - in the following, this service is referred to as "quality assurance".

The technical controlling services described here refer to the 3rd BA.

If required, higher-level tasks of technical controlling are commissioned as special services in the respective project stages, taking into account other UHG construction phases. It is therefore imperative that the contractor take into account the scheduling and structural interfaces to the other construction phases. In addition to technical controlling (quality assurance), project management and the TU (planning and construction), the project environment also includes the user (Bielefeld University).

The quality assurance services are assigned to service components A and B and to the individual service levels of the project planning and construction process in order to enable step-by-step service provision and commissioning.

Service component A consists of a concept plan, which will form the planning basis of the TU award procedure. Based on the concept planning, a functional service description (FLB) is to be drawn up and the award procedure is to be technically accompanied, this service is defined under service component B.

The subsequent technical quality assurance (also service component B) refers to the overall planning (object planning, specialist planning for technical equipment, supporting structure, fire protection, building physics, acoustics/sound insulation, laboratory planning, etc.) of all service phases according to HOAI, including the construction of the TU and the external parties additionally commissioned by the client.
