FMS Wertmanagement AöR (FMS-WM) intends to award a non-exclusive framework contract with several - but no more than twelve - economic operators per lot for the provision of consulting services in various areas and projects. The consulting services are divided into seven lots. Details on the lot descriptions can be found in the award document - B.1 Service description. The framework agreements are concluded between FMS-WM and the consulting companies. FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH and other affiliated companies of FMS-WM are entitled to receive from this framework agreement. The planned start of the contract is 25.02.2023 with a term of four years.

- Further development of specialist processes as well as subject-specific expert support

- Further development of the IT landscape (strategic IT consulting)

- Transfer of the developed software components into operation, including operating documentation, operational and user training and early live support. The operation is carried out by a third-party service provider of the client

- Execution of maintenance work on the business applications of the client

- Assumption of service integration for larger development projects with the participation of other service providers of the client

- At the request of the client: Maintenance and further development of the software solutions developed in the course of development projects in the course of a separate maintenance agreement
