This consultation concerns the provision of security and surveillance of Calitom.Il are framework agreements with a maximum entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code which will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders

Lot 1 is a "composite" framework agreement comprising a part treated in the form of an ordinary contract and a part treated in the form of a TCC with a maximum purchase order. The "ordinary contract" part concerns the following services: Year-round guarding and surveillance of the Valoparc site (price no. 1 of the Bp). The "framework agreement with purchase orders" part concerns the following services: Occasional intervention on the Valoparc site (price no. 2 of the Bp) and Exceptional intervention on sites other than Valoparc at the request of Calitom (price no. 3 of the Bp)

Lot 2 is a framework agreement with a maximum which will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders, on all the services indicated in the Bp
