The contract, the desired services, for coach transport can be described as follows:

Service 1; Coach transport for a day or multi-day trips

Service 2; Coach transport for pick-up and drop-off trips

The Contracting Authority intends to conclude an Agreement with three Contractors with a term of 1 year, with three times (3) an option to extend for 1 year. The extension shall take place on equal terms.

Rounded out, the contracting authority assumes an estimated total contract value (including option years) of € 350,000 (excluding VAT).
