As part of this call, the City of Bayreuth intends to procure IT equipment and media technology, including accessories and services, for the State Vocational School II (Commercial Vocational School) in the city of Bayreuth.

This school is also the place of performance.

The call for applications is part of the funding programme of the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Culture “Digital Education Infrastructure at Bavarian Schools”.

The call includes e-screens, tablets, notebooks, printers, projectors and accessories. The associated service is also part of the tender.

The tender is divided into 3 lots:

— Lot 1: E-Screen and accessories including service,

- Lot 2: Apple hardware and accessories including service,

- Lot 3: Windows hardware, projectors, printers and accessories, and software including services.

This lot includes the services:

1. E-Screen

2. Side wing,

3. Bracket pylon system E-Screen,

4. Service.

In order to check whether the systems offered by the bidder for the individual items meet the minimum requirements specified by the city of Bayreuth, all products must be named with their make and device type. For this purpose, fields in the description of services are provided for the individual items of lot 1. Failure to mention the specific make and type in the fields provided for this leads to the exclusion of the offer, as the offer is then considered incomplete. A subsequent request will not be made.

The offer shall also be accompanied by data sheets containing information or technical descriptions of all positions offered (excluding services and software or licences). No datasheets need to be attached for items 2 and 3 of Lot 1.
