The subject of the order is delivery, implementation and adaptation to the needs of the Ordering Party

Integrated ERP IT System.

Implementation of the subject of the contract includes the following tasks:

1) Task I - Execution of the System implementation project;

2) Task II - Delivery and implementation of the System and the execution of acceptance tests;

3) Task III - Execution of technical assistance service for the System/System optimization;

4) Task IV - Carrying out the instruction;

5) Task V - Execution of as-built documentation of the System.

The subject of the contract will be executed in accordance with the Designed terms of the contract,

Annex 1 to the SWZ and the description of the subject matter of the contract, included

in Annex No 2 to SWZ.
