The scope of the assignment concerns a so-called tailor-made arrangement. The contract includes the complete basic services in the context of occupational health services for Flores Education and Delta School Group and includes, exclusively on call, the statutory Gatekeeper tasks, engagement of a company doctor and practice support staff for the company doctor, and digital support via a suitable absenteeism system. Additional services are also available on call but non-exclusive. Contracting authorities are looking for 1 contractual party for 2 different framework agreements. A framework agreement with the Flores Education Foundation and a similar framework agreement with Delta, Foundation for Catholic and Protestant primary education. Due to a potential merger in the coming years, there is an option for both framework agreements to merge into 1 framework agreement with the new contractual party that arises from the two separate contracting parties that have merged. Bidders are obliged to submit their bid for both lot 1 and lot 2. Ultimately, only 1 contract will be concluded with 1 party for 2 different clients.
