Procurement of sequencing reagent kits for the University of Pécs under the RRF-2.3.1-21-2022-00015, National Pharmaceutical Research and Development Laboratory (PharmaLab) project in the form of a sales contract, in 1 bid part: 1. Sequencing reagent kit (1.5B paired-end read, 300 cycles) 19 pcs - This reagent kit includes a NovaSeq X Series 1.5B flow cell (2 lanes) and consumables to support 300 cycles of a single flow cell on NovaSeq X and NovaSeq X Plus systems. 2. Sequencing reagent kit (10B paired-end read, 300 cycles) 6 pcs - This reagent kit includes a NovaSeq X Series 10B flow cell (8 lane) and consumables to support 300 cycles of a single flow cell on NovaSeq X and NovaSeq X Plus systems. 3. Sequencing reagent kit (25B paired-end read, 300 cycles) 2 pcs - This reagent kit includes a NovaSeq X Series 25B flow cell (8 lane) and consumables to support 300 cycles of a single flow cell on NovaSeq X and NovaSeq X Plus systems. The above products are the exclusive reagents for the NovaSeq X and NovaSeq X Plus systems owned by the contracting authority. The contracting authority records, in accordance with § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.), that the clear and adequately precise definition of the subject matter of the public procurement has made the reference to the specified brand, origin, type in the call and documentation necessary for the precise and understandable definition of the contract subject. The contracting authority also accepts performance with products deemed 'equivalent' in accordance with the rules of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.). It is the supplier's obligation to prove equivalence. If a supplier wishes to offer products equivalent to those specified in the technical description, they must attach technical descriptions or other documents supporting equivalence to their offer, particularly including but not limited to technical documentation from the manufacturer or a certification from an independent, professionally recognized organization. The expected characteristics of individual products, packaging units, and the exact procurement quantities are included in the issued technical specification and unpriced budget. Performance will be available within 30 calendar days from the date of contract entry into force. The contracting authority will not accept partial performance. Partial invoices cannot be submitted. The condition for the entering into force of the contract to be concluded is that the modification of the grant application submitted by the contracting authority receives a positive evaluation concerning the above-mentioned funding source. The contracting authority draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that, in accordance with § 53 (6) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority considers the non-acceptance of the request for modification or acceptance of a lower amount than requested as a circumstance that may lead to the declaration of the procedure as unsuccessful (conditional public procurement).
