this second consultation of companies concerns anticipated work ordered by the order group between the Cabb and the Syndic of co-ownership of the consular building. It follows two batches declared unsuccessful. It will be followed by another more comprehensive consultation to come for unanticipated work. This consultation concerns 2 lots (lifts and heating-cooling-ventilation) with:- for the Cabb: the installation of an external freight elevator of 350 kg;- for the Syndic:- the replacement of existing lifts;- the installation of a lift for disabled people;- the removal/installation of technical equipment on the roof terraces in view of their repair.
