Traffic Management Finland Oy (Purchasing Unit) requests tenders for the shift scheduling system, its deployment project and ongoing service, which means maintaining the application, providing user support and further development according to the customer's needs. The aim is to provide an application and / or service that can plan and execute shift scheduling for operational staff in all modes of transport, optimizing resource allocation according to the daily fluctuations of the modes. It must be possible to plan and adjust various working hours and working time arrangements (eg shifts, periodic work, uninterrupted three-shift work) if changes in the operation so require. The purpose of the acquisition is to streamline planning, increase work productivity and achieve cost savings compared to the current situation.
